Cheese Stars are our take on the well-known southern cheese straws. These tasty little tidbits are made with real, sharp cheddar cheese and just a touch of cayenne to add spice, but not heat. They make for a wonderful mid-day snack or pair well with evening cocktails. We pack our cheese stars in a cello bag placed within a kraft-paper bag for freshness.
